Once rings are crafted, they are packaged discreetly and shipped with tracking, insurance, and signature required upon delivery. All orders will receive a tracking number when their rings are shipped out.

We ship worldwide and include free shipping on all orders delivered within the United States! Below is a helpful breakdown of our shipping speeds:

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and require 3­-5 business days once shipped to arrive.

While My Trio Rings does not collect duties taxes on behalf of other countries during checkout, please be aware that you are responsible for any duties or taxes which your government may impose upon your final delivery.

Customers must fulfill this obligation to their local government and unpaid duties on unclaimed/refused deliveries will be deducted from any refunds issued once rings are returned. Finer details of our return policy

 

  • Rings must be returned according to the instructions provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email you will receive in response to your return request.
  • Rings must be returned in the original condition in which they were received in and within the 60 day return period.
  • Rings that show signs of modification or abuse will not be accepted for exchanges or refunds at our sole discretion.
  • Please note that Services such as expedited or international shipping fees and engraving charges cannot be refunded as these are consumed services that cannot be recuperated.

Refunds process: Similar to any other retailer, refunds are issued within 1-3 days wherein the funds will be removed from our account and received by your original payment method. Once a refund is issued by My Trio Rings, your bank may take anywhere from 1-5 business days to post this refund amount to your account. Due to credit card processing regulations, we are unable to re-route funds to new cards or alternate billing contacts. If your card is no longer active, your financial institution will still have an underlying account number which the funds will be routed to. Please contact your bank or financial institution for how you wish to have your refund routed.

Q. What happens if the rings are lost in the mail?

A: Packages are insured for their full value. Per your choice, a replacement or refund will be sent out in such an event.

Q: Can I change the delivery address?

A: You can update the shipping address before the rings ship at no charge, at least one business day before your rings are scheduled to be shipped.

Q: What if I'm not home during the day to sign for it?

A: As a signature is required upon delivery, we recommend shipping it to your place of work, or arranging to pick up your package from a FEDEX pickup point.
